This Raspberry Pulp Vinegar with a red velvet colour is full of aromatic notes.
Can be used as a classic vinegar for seasoning and deglazing. Ideal in salads (combines well with many types of salad, especially rocket) with shrimp, crab, chicken.
Works well when deglazing stir-fried vegetables, white meat and seafood.
Also, delicious with fruit salad, vanilla ice cream and melon. Can be used as a mixer for a cocktail too.
